Strategy & Consulting
Strategy before stuff.
Before you redesign a website, order promotional products, launch a campaign or add another digital tool, make sure everything is working toward the same goal.
We help churches, ministries and Christian businesses connect their mission, message and marketing with a practical plan for growth.
Start with the goal
Who are you called to reach?
What do you want them to understand?
What do you want them to do next?
Which tools will help them get there?
Engage. Tell and Compel.
A clear purpose for every message, every project and every point of connection.
Planning • Growth • Brand development
Make your marketing work together.
Your website, social media, email, signage, print, advertising and promotional products all shape how people experience your organization. We help you decide what to do, what to simplify and what to do next—so your time, budget and team support the same priorities.
01 / Brand
Build consistency.
Clarify your mission, message and visual identity. Connect logo usage, colors, typography, ministry brands, apparel, signage and creative materials in a usable brand system your team can put to work.
02 / Digital
Connect the experience.
Review the website, forms, events, giving, sermons, registrations and follow-up tools. Make next steps easy to find, reduce unnecessary handoffs and assess platform overlap, data ownership and staff workload.
03 / Engagement
Design the next step.
Build a clear path for first-time guests, families, young adults, volunteers, members and neighbors. Match the message, channel and invitation to each audience and support meaningful follow-through.
04 / Promotional
Choose products with purpose.
Give welcome gifts, Growth Track kits, volunteer apparel, outreach items and customer appreciation a clear role. Start with the person and the purpose, then choose products that support the experience.
05 / Marketing
Coordinate the message.
Connect campaigns, content, email, social media, advertising, direct mail and community outreach. Define the audience, message, timing, destination and follow-up before choosing the channels.
06 / Measurement
Learn what is working.
Understand where people come from, what they respond to and where they stop. Use visits, inquiries, registrations and other meaningful actions to improve the journey and decide where to invest next.
For churches & ministries
Reach your community. Deepen connection.
Help people discover your church, understand your mission and take a welcoming next step toward Christ. Support your congregation as they grow in their walk with Christ, join groups, serve others and build stronger relationships within your church.
For Christian businesses
Build a clear path to sustainable growth.
Connect brand development, positioning, customer experience and business development. Clarify the customers you serve, strengthen your message and align lead generation, sales follow-up, retention and referrals around realistic priorities.
The guest & congregation journey
Make the path forward clear.
We evaluate how your website, communications, signage, welcome experience, promotional products and follow-up help people move from discovery to lasting connection. People may enter at different points; belonging and spiritual growth continue throughout the journey.

A thoughtful beginning
Two conversations. A clearer direction.
Our new-client onboarding begins with a 45-minute discovery call and a 60-minute strategy overview call at no cost. These introductory conversations are available outside the paid True Engagement Partners program; membership is not required.
First / 45 minutes
Discovery call
We get to know your brand, mission statement, local community and goals. You tell us what you would like us to review about your church’s current marketing, outreach and development programs—or the corresponding priorities for your Christian business.
Next / 60 minutes
Strategy overview call
We use what we learned to prepare a focused strategy overview for you as you come onboard. Together, we review the areas you identified, discuss opportunities and establish practical priorities for moving forward.
A starting point for your next steps. Deeper reviews, detailed planning and ongoing leadership guidance are part of the paid Partners relationship.
True Engagement Partners / Paid ongoing program
Plan ahead. Move forward together.
An ongoing relationship for leaders who want deeper planning, strategy and guidance across their organization. We get to know your mission, your people and your community, then help keep your marketing, outreach and engagement efforts working together.
For churches, that means making your brand and mission known, reaching and serving your local community, and helping more people take a step toward Christ. It also means supporting your current congregation in their walk with Christ and strengthening community within your church.
A rhythm for ongoing progress.
Annual strategy & planning call
Take a deeper look at your goals, brand, website, marketing, outreach and development programs. Map the next 6–12 months around your mission and ministry calendar.
Scheduled quarterly touchpoints
Review progress, prepare for the coming season, evaluate what is working and adjust priorities together.
Additional leadership calls
Bring pastors, ministry directors, staff or business leaders into focused conversations about decisions, challenges and next steps.
Plan the year.
Coordinate outreach, holidays, sermon series, major events, conferences, volunteer recruiting, apparel and campaigns. Identify the website, content, email, advertising and product needs to prepare 30, 60 and 90 days ahead.
Review the whole picture.
Go deeper into brand consistency, audience needs, website experience, outside platforms, advertising and measurement. Look for opportunities to simplify tools, improve handoffs and make the best use of your team’s time.
Guide the next steps.
Turn priorities into coordinated campaign plans, consistent apparel and brand standards, purposeful product selections and clear responsibilities. Keep leadership conversations connected to the people you are called to serve.
One relationship, coordinated guidance. The complimentary onboarding calls establish an initial direction. Partners receive the deeper ongoing planning and review described above. Partner membership also complements the free True Engagement Rewards program.
Purpose before purchase
Sometimes the best next step is to simplify.
Good counsel may mean retiring an unnecessary platform, stopping an ineffective campaign, standardizing apparel, combining vendors or postponing a project until its purpose is clear. Every recommendation should help your organization use its resources with intention.
Our approach
Engage. Tell and Compel.
Engage the people you are called to reach.
Tell your story and mission with clarity and consistency.
Compel people to take a clear, meaningful next step.
Your mission. A plan to move it forward.
